Sean C Cassidy is a lawyer from the state of Massachusetts. He has practiced in the area of bankruptcy law, focusing primarily on the chapter 7 bankruptcy code, and federal regulations related to that code. A native of Woburn, Massachusetts, Sean was also employed by the United States Department of State, where he served as counsel to Secretary of State John Kitzhabbor. At the time of his appointment, Kitzhabbor was having financial difficulties and asked for a temporary halt in proceedings to allow him to seek needed medical treatment. He eventually received a discharge after filing personal papers to reorganize his finances. This situation caused Sean to become disenchanted with the Department of State and he decided to move to Washington, D.C. to begin a new career.

Sean Cassidy Lawyers Review

Sean started his new job in 2020, working as an assistant to the clerk of the court of the city of Springfield, Massachusetts. The clerk of court initially appointed Sean to be the legal advisor to the public defender’s office, but when he failed to impress the court, the clerk of court replaced him with another lawyer, Michael Verseck. Verseck was also not very pleased with his appointment and requested that Cassidy is moved to another part of the court. In Sean’s defense, he said that he had given Verseck a month’s notice that he intended to leave the public defender’s office once he accepted the position at the newly-established Martindale-Hubbell Law Office in Springfield.

  • When Sean started working at the new law firm, he quickly gained the respect of the other lawyers. According to one former client,” Sean is extremely smart and always looking out for the client’s best interest. When we needed a certain type of expert to represent us in a court case, Sean would call us in and show us all of his possible solutions.” Another former client referred to Sean as” mechanically inclined” and said that he always “knew what he was talking about.” Sean also has excellent writing skills and often writes on legal cases that he is assigned to write about.
  • At first, Sean seemed like a good fit for the Martindale-Hubbell law firm. The firm has high moral standards, and their lawyers are well-respected in the legal community. However, according to a current associate,” Sean did not mesh well with the other lawyers. One of our associates said Sean would come to work with us one day, but would not show up the next day.” The lack of communication between Sean and his coworkers was troubling for other lawyers and, eventually, caused Sean to quit.
  • This story is disturbing. Sean seems like a genuinely ethical lawyer. His review ratings are good. However, if a lawyer has such a high ethical standard and yet acts in a callous manner, this should raise some red flags. If you have any doubt at all about the personality of an attorney, I recommend that you do not work with them.

If you’re looking for a high-quality lawyer, I highly recommend checking out Sean Cassidy’s review site. Sean’s work with this law firm was nothing short of fantastic. If you are going through the trouble of finding an attorney, it is important that you do your homework before you choose. You need to ensure that the attorney that you choose is trustworthy, competent, and ethical.
