A taste of the wild dog food lawsuit has been filed against the company, which is involved in making several brands of pet food. The FDA is investigating whether some of the products contain harmful chemicals, and there have been numerous recalls. A class-action lawsuit filed in 2018 by Martin Grossman alleges that the company’s pet food is contaminated with several chemicals that can cause severe health problems in dogs. The firm has pledged to monitor the production of its products, but this may not be enough.

The original lawsuit, Marciano v. Schell & Kampeter Inc., d/b/a Diamond Pet Foods et al., filed in May 2012, was settled for $2 million, with consumers receiving 10 checks for veterinary bills.

In the meantime, the company has not issued any further recalls of its canned and dry dog food. In the meantime, the firm has received over a million complaints and ceased manufacturing certain products.

The law firm is representing a class of consumers who have purchased the contaminated products. The firm has also filed a separate class-action lawsuit against Diamond Pet Foods based on similar claims. The complaint alleges that the company failed to disclose the presence of toxic materials in their products. In a statement, the company claimed that the food was “based on the pet’s ancestral diet.” However, studies by the Environmental Working Group (EWG) have shown that the company failed to disclose the toxic elements in its products.

The company has denied the allegations and is now suing on behalf of the class of buyers.

The case is being pursued in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. The plaintiffs filed their lawsuit against the defendants in the Eastern District of California. They claim that the product is not free of contaminants, but contains toxins that can harm dogs. The company has also been accused of misleading consumers to increase profits.

Fortunately, the company has responded to the complaints promptly. In addition to the company’s efforts to compensate consumers, they have defended themselves in a class-action lawsuit against Diamond Pet Foods. Despite the high level of lead in their dog food, the company has repeatedly failed to comply with federal regulations. They are now required to warn consumers of contaminated pet food, and they are now facing a class-action lawsuit over this problem.

While the FDA’s maximum level of lead in human food is barely measurable, it is much higher for dogs.

In the latter case, the maximum level of lead in pet food is around 12.200 mcg/kg. The level of lead in the Taste of the Wild dog food lawsuit is far higher than the NRC’s safe limit for human food. These findings are concerning for many people. The company should take the necessary steps to correct the problem immediately so that consumers don’t suffer further.

The company has responded to the accusations with warnings on the ingredients used in the dog food. In a recent press release, the company stated that the food contains pesticides and acrylamide. These are substances that can accumulate in the body of an animal and cause serious health issues. While this has been a cause for concern, the company has not yet stopped selling millions of bags of dog food. This is a troubling development. In the meantime, it is vital to protect the rights of consumers in the affected area.

The company’s claims are based on the fact that the food contains a high concentration of toxins.

The product is made in factories that are not located in the United States. The United States is the only country where the company manufactures these dog foods. There are five other production facilities, but the company claims they are only responsible for the quality of the ingredients. Those ingredients are not even disclosed in the lawsuit, and the companies have not responded to the complaints.

The company is currently funding a class-action lawsuit against the company for contaminated dog food. Aside from the manufacturer’s negligence, this lawsuit also seeks punitive damages. The manufacturer’s products are not safe for pets, and a class-action suit can help consumers recover damages. This type of action is particularly relevant for the owners of puppies, elderly animals, and small dogs. A large-scale class-action lawsuit can help you win compensation for the damage caused by the contaminated products.

  1. My dog had been eating taste of the wild dog food since he was born June 20, 2020. We’ve purchase Taste Of The Wild dog food from PetCo. How do we put in a claim?

  2. My Husky died at only 8 years old due to what we feel (and also what our vet feels) was a result of being on this food her whole short life. She was in perfect health up to the last year, when her liver enzymes skyrocketed off the charts, she was having multiple seizures a day and could no longer control her bladder or bowels – all symptoms that were called out in the lawsuit. This company is still selling their poisoned food and they are refusing to make changes or accept responsibility for the sickness and death of many dogs. I warn everyone who is considering this food to do their research and make an educated decision before moving forward.

  3. Been feeding taste of the wild to my yorkies for 9 years. Never had any issues. My oldest yorkie is now 12 and as spry as ever.

  4. My dog had seizures for 3 years after eating this dog food. When I considered her diet as the potential cause of the seizures begging at 8 years old and took her off this food the seizures stopped. The long term affect has been an enlarged heart which can be corrected. My dog weighs 5 pounds and consuming this food could have killed her. Thankfully, enough sense to explore possibilities for the sudden issue of seizures

Unfortunately the enlarged heart will shorten her life. I had idea there was a class action against this company. Curious to know how purchasers were contacted and made aware of the lawsuit

Conclusion, if you have a small dog be sure to know the ingress before feeding.

  6. [Taste of the wild GRAIN-FREE PREY turkey] made my YOUNG 3 year old dog have an enlarged heart which is DCM.
Dilated cardiomyopathy is a primary disease of cardiac muscle that results in a decreased ability of the heart to generate pressure to pump blood through the vascular system.
I’ve gone through vets that have confirmed it’s due to this grain free diet and this brand SPECIFICALLY.
I’ve spent countless amounts of money and vet visits just to stabilize my dog son, and we’re not even sure just yet if he will make a FULL recover.
Please to anyone that reads this, stay away from this poison food. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone’s pet.
