My hospitalization(3 emergency room visits) indicated a enteritis(bacteria) diagnosis. This diagnosis was reported to a Walmart representative with no response to a settlement. (Receipts & Pictures upon request.) This ailment caused me to be sick for three months with diarrhea and vomiting that was almost unbearable.
