Are you considering filing a universal life insurance class action lawsuit? If so, you should know that you are not alone. The insurance industry has known for years that their products were defective and yet they continue to sell them.

Universal Life Insurance Class Action Lawsuit

Why have the life insurance companies gotten away with these outrageous lawsuits? It is simple really; Money. They made millions upon millions of dollars off of your pain and suffering and they would like to keep it that way.

You do not have to file a universal life insurance class action lawsuit on your own.

You need an experienced legal team to make sure you win the case. You need to find a qualified personal injury attorney to represent you in your attempt to win this lawsuit. In most cases, these personal injury lawyers work on a contingency basis which means that you do not have to pay anything unless you win the case. (Even if you do not win, you will not have to pay anything if you lose because they get paid anyway.)

If you are trying to recover damages for pain and suffering, you may have to go to court.

It is important to understand that life insurance companies are well aware that this lawsuit is possible. They have therefore spent millions of dollars on ads and on hiring attorneys. However, if you do not have the money to hire a lawyer, you do not have to give up on the lawsuit. You can file a claim in your state and then seek damages from the life insurance company. This is one of the reasons why many people end up losing this lawsuit.

Many individuals who try and pursue this lawsuit ultimately lose because they do not have enough evidence to prove that their insurance policies were at fault.

They do not have enough proof to prove that they sustained injuries as a result of the insurer’s negligence. On the other hand, the insurance company does not have the financial resources to fight a life insurance class action lawsuit. They also don’t want to admit that they were negligent, admit to not giving their patients sufficient warnings about risks, or pay out damages. Thus, they usually lose their claims, but they never have to pay out money.

One way to ensure that you win a universal life insurance class action lawsuit is to file the lawsuit on your own behalf. However, you should also have a qualified lawyer to help you with the process. An experienced personal injury attorney can look through the insurance company’s records and find all kinds of information that will help build your case. You can also do a search online to find out more about the general case.

  1. I would like to file a class action lawsuit against Colonial life insurance company and agent Charlie (aka Charlotte) Parker, the scammer. I’m Debra Wells Dodd, I’ve been a client with this company since 2009, for my 2 adult children, 10 grandchildren, and myself. On June 1, 2021, my only son age 29 was shot and killed and Charlie Parker had messed up my son’s paperwork and benefits were denied.

  2. Universal life surrender fees charged 85 percent was never disclosed

The surrender clause would take 12 lawyers 3 months to figure out if even possible

The agent could explain the clause or head office

The call center told that ther was no value last year policy was in force for 5 years

All is extremely well documented including affidavits
